PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PRE-LICENSING
September 20th - September 23rd
8:00 am - 5:00 pm (hybrid)
A four-day course which provides an individual with the 30+ hours of instruction time that are required by the state in order to take the Montana Property Management Exam. If you want to become a licensed property manager, this course will make it easy!

PRINCIPLES OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: 2 Day Course
Two Day Option
October 5th - October 6th | 12 CE Hours
A two day CE course that is geared towards providing newly licensed property managers with their required 12 hours of continuing education credits. Although this class is the most useful for newly licensed individuals, anyone can benefit from the review of topics such as Licensing Law, Leasing Principles, The Landlord Tenant Act, Trust Accounting, and much more.

PRINCIPLES OF PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: 1 Day Course
Day One Only Option
October 5th | 6 CE Hours
Day One is the first single day option of our two day CE course that is geared towards providing newly licensed property managers with their required 12 hours of continuing education credits. This option provides licensed property managers with 6 hours of continuing education credits
