Create the WIN: New Negotiation Strategies

Maura Neill will be instructing in person. Negotiation is a crucial skill needed in the real estate transaction but one so often overlooked in training. The most successful agents are those who have learned to think outside the box in the negotiation process and to bring their clients to the most successful outcome. This session will encourage attendees to think about negotiation differently than they ever have and to get out of their comfort zone with regard to the process. We will explore perception versus reality and its impact on the transaction and how emotional intelligence plays a role in the negotiation process. Ultimately, attendees should leave the presentation with a new way to approach even the most difficult negotiation and new options to present their clients with strategies for success.
