Montana law now requires sellers of residential properties to disclose to buyers “Adverse Material Facts” about their property of which they have actual knowledge. In this course we’ll go over the new Montana disclosure statute and its effect on sellers and agents. We’ll also review the newly updated MAR Owner’s Property Disclosure Statement from front to back with recommendations for best practices. INSTRUCTOR WILL BE REMOTE.
