Born and raised in Montana, Cody has a lifelong connection to the land, people, and values that make the Treasure State special. He graduated from Montana State University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business and completed his training at the Western College of Auctioneering in 2015. Since then, he has owned and operated Springhill Auctioneers, a full-service auction company that handles everything from coins and antiques to equipment and real estate.

In addition to his work in the auction world, Cody has a strong background in commercial lending, with a focus on agriculture and commercial real estate. This combination of experience gives him a unique perspective and deep understanding of both the emotional and financial aspects of buying and selling property.

In September 2024, Cody married the love of his life on her family farm, and the couple is eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first child this summer. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, camping with family, and attending college football games.
