Description

The Tax Deferred Exchange Fundamentals course is designed to provide a basic understanding of tax deferred exchanges under IRC Section 1031. This course will provide real estate professionals with the knowledge & awareness of the opportunity this financial tool provides and to assist them in conquering challenges when facilitating the sale and purchase of real estate investment property. Realtors will leave this course better equipped to communicate the options available to their clients.
