Travis Martinez will be instructing via Zoom. This class was developed based on some of the feedback I got from 'Saying Goodbye to a Tenant'. I have been teaching this one for a few years as well. This class goes more in-depth into how to manage owner and tenant expectations when a sales agent, or broker lists a property which is tenant occupied.
